iAdvocate is an opportunity to stay informed about national legislature and campaigns that revolve around landscape architecture, licensure, environmental issues, and programs around the country. Please take a look at what ASLA has been working on here: https://www.asla.org/advocate.aspx
NVASLA participates in a nationwide annual event that is organized by ASLA called Advocacy Day. Historically, this event was held in-person, but it is now held, with much success, virtually. Committee members will have the opportunity to present to Nevada’s legislators to speak about two bills chosen by ASLA along with an explanation of what is Landscape Architecture.
